This is what it has been looking like out our living room window this first week of March. UGH!!!!! We received 6 inches of snow on Tuesday. It was crazy. The weatherman said it would be more south of us, but low and behold the Lakeshore managed 6 inches of brand new SNOW!
Now they tell us - weatherman- that it will be in the 50's this weekend and next week. At the same time, there is snow -large flakes- falling outside. The sun is out too, which is nice. But I am so over snow. Bring on the flowers and green grass.
So..... because of the lovely snow, we have not gotten the motorhome out of storage yet. I guess we will have to wait a little while longer. My days are spent taking Dean to his rehab appointments and other errands. He is doing very well, actually walking unaided and rarely uses the walker. But I am very concerned when he does that because I do not want him to fall. He says it will be fine. So we go with the flow.
Rosie is getting anxious about dog shows. She has seen me cleaning equipment and moving stuff around. She knows we are getting close. I am anxious too. I still lay in bed at night and think about where to put stuff inside and out of the coach. AHHHH it will be great.
On a other note, please pray for my friend, Marilyn. She has been a long time lhasa apso breeder and exhibitor. She is not well and can use all the prayers she can get at this time. Her husband and daughter could use some too. It just seems like we are all becoming victim to our health as we grow older. Please eat well and whole foods - organic. Try to avoid all the preservatives and chemical food. It really is not good for us. That is another reason for the motorhome, so I can eat whole food that I grow and cook myself. Not that I would not go out to eat, but it is easier on me to stick to the real food. IMHO
Dog shows coming up at the end of the month, beginning of April here in my backyard. I hope the weather is better then. My show dogs are more than ready to rock and roll to the shows. SO we will be posting photos of the shows and what happens.
Got babies on the way. Have babies on the ground. Will post photos of them when I can.
