Ouch......... These are my husband's knees. He had double knee surgery a couple of weeks ago.

This photo was from his office visit a couple days ago. He is healing well and everything is on track for him to be out of rehab next week. Yea Dean. He wants anyone who is trying to decide whether to do one knee or two - to do them both if they are needed. Get it over and get it done!

I am amazed that they glue the incisions. That is unbelievable to me. Must be some really tough glue!

Well the big show is over. The Westminster Kennel Club 140th Show ended last night with a spectacular line up in Best in Show. Any one of the dogs could have one it last night, but the Best went to German Shorthair Pointer, CJ.  Absolutely beautiful dog. I picked CJ in the Sporting group before the judge had even started the second half of the breeds. I have seen the dog in person and he is beautiful - a true happy show dog. I can't imagine winning the Garden with a dog I bred. It is on every one's bucket list who is in dogs. Maybe someday, you never ever know when all the stars line up. It can happen!!! Again congratulations to all the winners, Best of Breed, Group and Placements and to Reserve Best in Show and Best in Show. Memories made and plans made, on to 2016 dog shows.

So with the hubby in rehab, we have been busy, spring cleaning. Yes I know it is technically not Spring. But close enough. So we clean uninterrupted. It was not as bad as I thought. My wonderful brother in law is going to help me put a cabinet up in the kitchen soon. So that completes the project.
My sister and my Aunt have been a big help with the organizing and cleaning - it was a little overwhelming to me. Now to do the income taxes. Yuk!

Heard from one of forever homes with one of our babies: Dolly. She is Rosie's daughter. She lives in Springfield, Illinois with Fred and Becky. They love her to death and she is being a good kid. We hope to see them this year in our travels.

So Rosie and I are looking forward to the motor home travels this year. We should be bringing MH home in  about a month. Hoping to use it at the Packerland/Manitowoc KC 4 day cluster here in April. Rosie keeps running to the door every time I put on my coat, she is anxious to go. Me too!!!!
Back on the road soon!
